All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced or shipped.
Orders & delivery
3.1 Order placement
Orders are placed through our client dashboard. Each order requires the Client to upload Source Assets and a Brief prior to production commencement. The Studio will not commence production until Source Assets and a Brief have been received.
3.2 Turnaround time
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from the time the Studio acknowledges receipt of complete Source Assets and a Brief. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. The Studio will communicate promptly if delays are anticipated.
3.3 Delivery
Delivered Images will be made available through the client dashboard. It is the Client’s responsibility to download and retain copies of Delivered Images. The Studio accepts no liability for images that are inaccessible due to account issues or platform outages.
The Studio's accuracy guarantee
The Studio guarantees that Delivered Images will accurately reflect the Source Assets and Brief provided by the Client, to the best of the Studio’s capability. Specifically:
- Garment shapes, silhouettes, and overall structure will be rendered in accordance with the Source Assets.
- Logos, prints, patterns, and graphic elements will be rendered as they appear in the Source Assets provided.
- Shot type, angle, and styling direction will follow the Brief.
The accuracy guarantee is strictly limited to what is visible, legible, and clearly discernible in the Source Assets provided. The Studio cannot guarantee accuracy for any element that is not clearly represented in the Source Assets or Brief.
Input quality & client responsibility
5.1 Client obligations
The Client is solely responsible for the quality, completeness, and accuracy of all Source Assets and Briefs submitted. The Studio’s output is directly dependent on the quality of input provided.
5.2 Limitations based on input quality
The following limitations apply where Source Assets or Briefs are incomplete, unclear, or of insufficient quality:
- If a logo or graphic is not provided or is illegible in the Source Asset, the Studio cannot guarantee logo or graphic accuracy in the Delivered Image.
- If the back, side, or any other view of a garment is not shown in the Source Assets, the Studio cannot guarantee accuracy of those views in the Delivered Image.
- If fabric texture, print detail, or colour accuracy cannot be clearly determined from the Source Asset (e.g. due to low resolution, poor lighting, or heavy compression), the Studio will render a reasonable approximation but cannot guarantee fidelity.
- If the Brief contains ambiguous, incomplete, or contradictory instructions, the Studio will exercise reasonable creative judgement. Outcomes based on ambiguous Briefs are not subject to unlimited revision.
- If Source Assets are blurry, overexposed, underexposed, heavily watermarked, or otherwise technically deficient, the Studio’s accuracy obligations are limited accordingly.
By submitting Source Assets and a Brief, the Client warrants that they are the lawful owner or licensee of all materials submitted and that the materials are of sufficient quality to enable the requested work.
Revisions
6.1 Revision eligibility
The Studio offers revisions strictly where there is a blatant and verifiable inaccuracy in the Delivered Image relative to the Source Assets or Brief provided. Eligible revision grounds include:
- An incorrect logo or graphic applied to a garment, where the correct logo or graphic was clearly visible in the Source Assets.
- An incorrect print or pattern, where the correct print was clearly provided in the Source Assets.
- A materially incorrect garment structure or silhouette that does not match the Source Asset.
- A shot type or styling direction clearly contradicting a specific instruction in the Brief.
6.2 Non-eligible revision grounds
The following do not constitute grounds for a revision under these Terms:
- Subjective preference changes, including but not limited to: pose, expression, background aesthetic, skin tone, model choice, or styling decisions not specified in the original Brief.
- Inaccuracies attributable to unclear, incomplete, or low-quality Source Assets or Briefs (subject to Section 5).
- Changes to the Brief after production has commenced.
- A general dissatisfaction with the style or aesthetic of the output where the Brief has been followed.
6.3 Revision limits
- Where the Studio is at fault (i.e. a blatant inaccuracy exists that is not attributable to Input Quality): unlimited revisions until the inaccuracy is corrected.
- Where the inaccuracy is attributable to Input Quality (i.e. the Source Assets or Brief were unclear, incomplete, or deficient): a maximum of two (2) revision attempts are offered as a goodwill gesture. After two attempts, the Studio’s obligation is discharged.
- Revisions based on subjective preference or change of mind are not included in any plan and may be quoted as a separate chargeable order at the Studio’s discretion.
6.4 Revision turnaround
Approved revision requests will be actioned within 48 hours of written acknowledgement by the Studio. Revision requests must be submitted through the client dashboard or via email with clear written description of the inaccuracy and reference to the specific Source Asset.
Payment & pricing
7.1 One-off packs
One-off image packs are charged at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is required in full prior to production commencement. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Monthly retainers
Retainer plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. The Client authorises the Studio to charge the nominated payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Retainer image allocations are for use within the billing cycle in which they are issued. A maximum of one month’s unused allocation may be carried forward to the following cycle. Allocations expire thereafter with no credit or refund.
7.3 Price changes
The Studio reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Existing retainer clients will be given a minimum of 30 days’ written notice of any price increase. The Client may cancel prior to the new pricing taking effect.
Cancellations & refunds
8.1 One-off packs
Once a one-off pack order has been delivered, no refund is available, provided the Delivered Images accurately reflect the Source Assets and Brief provided. If the Studio determines it is unable to produce images that meet the accuracy standard described in Section 4, and all reasonable revision attempts have been exhausted, the Studio will issue a pro-rata refund for the unresolved images at its discretion.
8.2 Retainer plans
Retainer plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current billing cycle, whether or not the full image allocation has been used. The Studio does not offer pro-rata refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
8.3 General
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. The Studio reserves the right to decline a refund request where the Client has materially breached these Terms.
Detailed refund eligibility, the revision-first process, first-cycle goodwill on retainer subscriptions, and how to lodge a refund request are described in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
9.1 Client ownership
Upon full payment, the Client owns all rights to the Delivered Images produced for their order. The Studio assigns to the Client all intellectual property rights in the Delivered Images, subject to the portfolio licence in Section 9.2.
9.2 Studio portfolio licence
The Client grants the Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use Delivered Images for portfolio, case study, and marketing purposes. The Studio will not use Source Assets (original uploads) for any public-facing purpose.
Clients who wish to opt out of portfolio use must notify the Studio in writing. Opt-out requests will be honoured within 14 days for prospective use. The Studio is not obligated to remove Delivered Images from previously published materials.
9.3 Source asset warranties
The Client warrants that they hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions in respect of all Source Assets submitted. The Client indemnifies the Studio against any third-party claim arising from the use of Source Assets that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Studio’s total liability to the Client under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
- The Studio is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
- The Studio is not liable for outcomes attributable to poor Input Quality as described in Section 5.
- The Studio is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
Confidentiality
The Studio treats all Client Source Assets, Briefs, and business information as confidential. The Studio will not disclose Client information to third parties except as necessary to deliver the service, as required by law, or as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Acceptable use
The Client must not upload Source Assets or submit Briefs that:
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Contain illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Misrepresent the Client’s identity or rights over the materials submitted.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where the Source Assets or Brief are in breach of this clause, without refund.
Amendments to these terms
The Studio may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Studio’s services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that by engaging the Studio’s services, they submit to Indonesian jurisdiction for the purposes of any dispute resolution. The Studio makes no representation that its services comply with the laws of any jurisdiction other than Indonesia.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Studio and the Client with respect to the services and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
