- Communicate with you about your orders, account, and service updates.
- Process payments and maintain billing records.

Your brand assets & delivered images
4.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all source assets you upload (flatlays, logos, prints, and other brand materials) and all final images we deliver to you.
4.2 Our portfolio rights
By engaging InReality Studios, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use delivered images for portfolio display, case studies, social media, and marketing materials. This licence does not extend to your source assets (original uploads).
If you wish to opt out of portfolio use, you may notify us in writing at any time before or after delivery. Upon receipt of a written opt-out request, we will cease using the relevant images in new marketing materials within 14 days. Previously published materials (e.g. social media posts already published) are not subject to retroactive removal but will not be republished.
4.3 Asset retention
We retain your uploaded source assets and delivered images on file to facilitate revisions and repeat orders. Your assets are stored on secured servers and are not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g. internal production team access).
You may request deletion of your assets at any time by contacting us in writing. Deletion requests will be actioned within 30 days.
Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use our services at your own risk with respect to data security.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services in the delivery of our platform:
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Supabase — client dashboard and order management.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymised website analytics. Only loaded with cookie-storing identifiers after you consent (see Section 7).
- Google Ads — measurement of advertising performance and audience-based marketing (including retargeting and lookalike audiences). Same consent gate as Google Analytics.
- OpenRouter — language-model gateway that powers the on-site studio assistant chatbot. Messages you type in the chat are sent to OpenRouter and the upstream model provider purely to generate the reply.
- Cloud storage providers — asset and image file storage.
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them independently.
Cookies & analytics
Our website uses two categories of cookies and similar tracking technologies:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function (e.g. authentication for the client dashboard, your cookie-consent preference itself). These are set without consent because the site cannot operate without them.
- Analytics & advertising cookies — set by Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. We use these to understand how brands discover and use our site, measure the performance of our advertising, and build remarketing and lookalike audiences in Google Ads. These cookies are only set after you click Accept in our consent banner.
We implement Google’s Consent Mode v2. Before you make a choice, every advertising and analytics storage category is defaulted to denied — Google’s tags load in a cookieless signalling mode that records anonymised hits but does not identify you. Clicking Accept updates consent to granted; clicking Decline keeps it denied. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie (“irs-consent”) for 12 months.
You can change your mind at any time:
- Clear your browser cookies for our domain — the consent banner will reappear on your next visit.
- Or email us at legal@inrealitystudios.com with the email address you use to log in, and we will ensure no further advertising or analytics data is associated with your account.
You can also disable cookies entirely through your browser settings, though some features of the site (notably the authenticated dashboard) will not function correctly as a result.
7.1 Studio assistant chatbot
We run an AI chatbot in the corner of the site so brands can ask questions about pricing, turnaround, and the free pilot without scheduling a call. The chatbot:
- Sends your messages to OpenRouter and the underlying language model provider purely to generate the reply. Neither party uses your messages to train their models under their default API terms.
- Stores a transcript of every conversation in our Supabase database so we can review what brands ask and follow up on questions we couldn’t answer in the moment.
- Asks for your name and email once the conversation becomes useful, and uses those details only to follow up on what we discussed in chat — not for unrelated marketing.
- Identifies an anonymous browser session via a random identifier stored in your browser’s localStorage (key “irs-chat-session”). Clearing your browser data resets it.
- If you’re signed in, Maya can also look up your own orders and retainer status by reading the same data your dashboard shows you — never any other customer’s data. Database row-level security enforces this even if the chatbot ever asked for something it shouldn’t.
To delete your transcript or unsubscribe from chatbot follow-up, email legal@inrealitystudios.com with the email address you used in chat.
