01 / The list
We have a human QC team that reviews every image before it reaches you. We check colour accuracy, fabric texture, fit, lighting, and ecommerce-readiness. If something's not right, you tell us and we revise — unlimited revisions on every pack until you're happy.
No. After your first order, we lock your brand's model, lighting, and background style so every subsequent drop looks consistent. This is the "brand consistency lock" — your second order doesn't look like your first; it looks like the next photo in the same campaign.
We're an Indonesian studio. That's why we can offer Australian-quality work at a fraction of Australian production cost. Our team produces every image: AI handles the first draft, our human editors take it the rest of the way.
Two reasons. First, we run a dedicated team — full-time editors who do nothing but fashion photo post, every day, across every shot style. Second, our cost base is lower than running the same team in Sydney or Melbourne, and we pass the difference to you. The AI is a tool we use; it's not the reason we're cheap.
We sign brand NDAs as standard. Your source files are stored in encrypted storage accessible only to the editors working on your order. We do not use your images for training, marketing, or any purpose other than delivering your finished images.
JPG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP. Up to 10MB per image. We recommend the best-quality garment image — flatlay, hanger, or even on a model you have — even an iPhone photo works if the lighting is reasonable.
High-resolution finished images (3000px on the long edge minimum), web-optimised JPGs, ready for Shopify, Instagram, lookbooks, or anywhere else.
48 hours for Starter, Drop, and Retainer tiers. 72 hours for Catalog (because 30 images need more QC time). Revisions: typically 24 hours.
Yes. Send us up to 2 garment images through our free pilot offer. We'll deliver finished images in 48 hours, no card needed.
We do all of it. Our gallery has examples in every fashion category. If your garment is genuinely unusual, send us a free pilot of that exact piece and we'll show you what we can do.
Volume and turnaround priority. Per-image price drops as you buy more. Retainer customers get a dedicated coordinator and priority queue (their orders jump ahead of one-off packs).
One month carryover. If you don't use all 60 in May, you can use them in June. After that, they expire — we can't accumulate unused images indefinitely because our production pipeline is capacity-limited.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your retainer anytime. One-off packs are use-as-you-need; there's nothing to switch.

No. Fashion only. That focus is why we're good at it.
Lemon Squeezy handles multi-currency at checkout. You'll see your local currency; we receive AUD. Some currencies may incur a small FX fee from your card issuer.
If we deliver an order and you genuinely don't like the work after using your revisions, we'll refund the unused portion of your pack. Retainer customers can cancel anytime; we'll refund any unused images from the current billing cycle.
